DelDOT's contractor, Greggo and Ferrara Inc., is excavating and paving the roadway in this part of the project.

During the construction phase, motorists may experience delays when driving  along Elkton Road.

Traffic for the affected roadway will be detoured to Casho Mill Road. Detour signage is in place, and flaggers will be posted at the closure points to assist with local resident access and to direct other motorists to detours.

The $10.5 million Elkton Road Project is reconstructing Elkton Road from Gravenor Lane to Delaware Avenue. The project is expected to be completed this December.

For more information on the project, visit the project webpage on the DelDOT website.
