"Our goal was to place the items our customers use most often in easy-to-find locations and to keep the website just three clicks deep," said Michael Gladle, EHS director. "The most commonly used features will carry through the deeper pages with the user."
The updated site is still at www.udel.edu/ehs/, but some of the site's pages have changed, so pages that were previously bookmarked may no longer work.
"We hope the new site gives our customers a better tool to find the safety and regulatory information they need to do their jobs," Gladle said.
Suggestions and comments on the site are welcomed at dehsafety@udel.edu.
EHS works to maintain a safe and healthful campus environment in keeping with the University's mission while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
