Changes make pink course evaluation processing faster, greener

TEXT SIZE

10:35 a.m., Feb. 6, 2013--The University of Delaware process for processing Pink Course Evaluations and Surveys has been streamlined to be more efficient, convenient and green -- output files from the service are no longer printed.

Instead, clients receive an electronic copy through UD’s Dropbox service. Extra files created by the program are also loaded to UD Dropbox. For spring semester 2013, the extra files will also be sent to clients’ UNIX accounts.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

“The new procedure makes the process more convenient because clients can retrieve their files from anywhere. Plus, they will have faster access to their survey and course evaluation results,” said Carol Anderer, associate director, IT Client Support and Services.

The new process is designed to make results more readily available:

• Output files will be available through the UD Dropbox.

• An email message will be sent with a link to obtain the files.

• There will be no printed version of pink scanning output.

For those who have questions about the pink scan form processing, review the online instructions or contact the IT Support Center.
