Faculty and Staff Assistance Program offers support to UD employees

1:43 p.m., Dec. 19, 2012--The tragic events that occurred in Newtown, Conn., have a broad impact, according to a representative of the University of Delaware Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP).

“Sudden, traumatic incidents affect everyone differently based on individual experiences and personalities,” the representative said, adding, “It is normal and healthy to be able to express our emotions, thoughts, and experiences with others.”

June 6: UDid It! Picnic

All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

FSAP staff members are available to listen and provide support in a completely confidential and non-judgmental setting for those who simply want to talk, as well as those who may be more deeply affected.
