UD accepting nominations for Warren Excellence in Leadership Award

4:29 p.m., April 11, 2013--The University of Delaware has announced the opening of nominations for the second annual John Warren Excellence in Leadership and Service Award.

The award recognizes significant accomplishments by supervisory staff in the areas of leadership and service.

June 6: UDid It! Picnic

All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

Employees are encouraged to nominate an outstanding supervisor who has achieved significant accomplishments over the previous academic year.

Only supervisory staff -- in any department or unit across campus -- are eligible for nomination.

Award winners will receive a symbol of appreciation and a $1,000 monetary gift. 

The nomination period will end May 1.

This year’s winners will be announced at the fifth annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic.
