Asset and Space Management conducts annual equipment inventory

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

At this website, users can access files containing equipment information through February 2013.  The drop-down menu contains the most recent information that Asset and Space Management has on file for the administrators and equipment contacts who are assigned to update the equipment survey.

It is important that the survey information be sent to the appropriate person, so Asset and Space Management requests that department heads look at the files and make any necessary changes or updates.  If the administrator or contact information is not correct, please report any changes to Asset Management.   

When disposing of a piece of equipment, please refer to Policy 5-6, Section Procurement and Auxiliary Services. It is important that this policy is followed to ensure that the equipment to be disposed of is removed from the inventory. If all necessary paperwork with required approval is not received, the equipment cannot be removed from the inventory.  

Equipment surveys must be returned by May 15.
