Dean is the author of Forgiven Much, in which she discusses the choices she made that sent her into a destructive and dysfunctional lifestyle following an abortion. She later joined Silent No More so that she could share her experience with others and reach out to women affected by abortion.

Dean, a registered nurse for more than 28 years, has worked as a behavioral health counselor and psychiatric nurse, counseling victims of abuse and abortion. She has also given testimony in front of the Maryland State Senate regarding abortion law.

A question and answer session will follow her presentation.

This event is sponsored by Pro-Life Vanguard, a registered student organization at UD. The event is free and open to the public.
