Around 1:45 p.m., Monday, July 26, a 17-year-old female life guard noticed that a man was naked in the pool. She informed him that he had to put his trunks back on. He complied, and five minutes later she noticed that he was in the water by the pool wall and his bathing suit was on the edge of the pool. He began raising his legs in the water, causing his genitals to be exposed. His actions were observed by the lifeguard and another woman. The man complied when instructed to put on his bathing suit.

Police were contacted, and Dean Rissler was taken into custody. After an initial court appearance, he was released on an unsecured bail of $1,000.
