All new employees -- faculty, staff, student workers and other individuals who hold paid positions -- will be required to complete a background check in order to begin employment.

All offer status webforms will route through Records Management/CBC, to initiate the background check. Graduate Students on Contract will be identified when the GSCRF form is received. The Hiring Notification Form will be required for miscellaneous wage, supplemental professionals and undergraduate student workers.

For additional information on the CBC process, including the hiring notification form, please visit the Criminal Background Check website or send email to [].
