8:05 a.m., Feb. 24, 2011----The University of Delaware is pleased to release the 2010-2011 Performance Appraisal system. The appraisal period covers from April 1-March 31. The deadline date to have all Performance Appraisals to Payroll and Records Management is March 31.
Jennifer (J.J.) Davis, UD vice president for finance and administration said, “The annual performance review is a critical opportunity for supervisors and employees to discuss the annual goals and overall performance in completion of these goals. The launch of the electronic performance appraisal system is an exciting initiative that will increase efficiencies for employees and supervisors. The enhanced system will automatically populate prior year goals and job duties for those who used the form last year and provide enhanced reporting capabilities.”
Training dates have been established for supervisors/managers and employees who would like to review the process or who were not here last year during the appraisal process. One of the training sessions will include a live podcast to the Lewes campus.
Training sessions are scheduled:
Thursday, Feb. 24, from 2-3:30 p.m., in Room 311 Pearson Hall (Studio A). To register, go to the website.
