At the tournament, the two Blue Hens battled to a second-place finish during their inaugural trip to the prestigious event. The competition, which is part of the Alt Games College Action Sports Championships, serves as an annual showcase that features the top women's volleyball players in the nation.

Barry wrapped up her career in the fall as one of the top liberos in Colonial Athletic Association history. The first two-time All-American from the CAA, she broke the program and conference record for career digs with 2,401.

Walsh, who competed for Delaware from 2004-07, also rewrote the record books as an award winning outside hitter. During her tenure, she was honored as the 2007 CAA Player of the Year after smashing the school record for career kills with 1,856.

Combined, the two volleyball greats set 12 program records and secured a spot on six All-CAA teams. They also both earned a place on the conference's Silver Anniversary team and garnered the CAA Scholar-Athlete of the Year award during their respective senior campaigns.
