5 p.m., Oct. 9, 2008----Dining on campus can be affordable, effortless and reliable just by swiping a prepaid card at various dining locations, and participants can also treat guests to meals. UD Dining Services offers two options for faculty and staff with its Faculty and Staff Dining Plan.

Option 1--The 25 Block plan for $200 allows cardholders to enjoy dining in the four all-you-care-to-eat dining locations at Russell, Rodney, Pencader and Kent dining halls. The meal plan is valid through the academic year and must be used before the end of the spring semester.

As an added bonus if you sign up for the Faculty/Staff Option 1 meal plan by Friday, Oct. 17, you will automatically receive either five free meal swipes or four free premium meal passes for the upscale meal option, available at Pencader Dining Hall several times a month.

Option 2--The $200 Flex plan allows cardholders to visit any on-campus dining location and provides great value and flexibility. The flex plan carries over from year to year. For more information on Flex, go to [www.udel.edu/flex].

To sign up for a plan and to designate your bonus meals choice, drop by the University of Delaware Dining Services office at 153 Perkins Student Center and fill out a brief form. Faculty/Staff Meal Plans can be paid with cash or checks only, with checks made out to University of Delaware Dining Services.
