2:40 p.m., Nov. 6, 2008----It's not too late to support the University of Delaware in a nationwide competition among 32 schools for the title of Most Vegetarian-Friendly College.
But don't wait--voting is under way in the PETA2-sponsored contest, and the first round ends Thursday, Nov. 6.

Vegan/vegetarian meal options offered by UD Dining Services include:
- New vegan/vegetarian and international cuisine station at both Pencader and Russell dining halls with continued service of vegan/vegetarian options at Rodney and Kent dining halls;
- Addition of Veggie Bowl to the menu at Kent Dining Hall;
- Introduction of Café Spice, a vegetarian Indian cuisine concept being offered from the new Fusion: Cultured Cuisine station in the Trabant University Center Food Court; and
- Vegetarian pasta offerings at the expanded Bene Pizzeria station in Trabant Food University Center Court.
