5:26 p.m., Nov. 7, 2008----The UD Department of Music will present Trio La Milpa at 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 10, in the Gore Recital Hall of the Louise and David Roselle Center for the Arts.
Trio La Milpa is an oboe trio featuring Katherine Needleman, principal oboist of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO); Sandra Gerster Lisicky, an itinerant oboe and English horn soloist; and Michael Lisicky, an oboist with the BSO. The trio will be joined in the Monday evening concert by UD faculty oboist Lloyd Shorter, assistant professor of music.
Admission is $12 for adults, $8 for seniors and alumni and $3 for students, and tickets are available only at the door on the night of the concert.
