A Newark Police office was on patrol around 7:40 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, in Suburban Plaza Shopping Center when he noticed a silver Volvo occupied by a man who matched the description of the suspect in the indecent exposure incident reported in the Nottingham Green neighborhood.

He also was orderd to have no contact with the victims and, if released, must be in his home between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
