Food Bank of Delaware Food Drive
November 14th - December 16th non-perishable food donations can be dropped off at any parking garage lobby, the Morris Library lobby, or Perkins Student Center.
Cans for Cites - Nov. 28th thru Dec.16th
The Cans for Cites program is an annual food drive benefiting the Food Bank of Delaware and runs from the Monday after Thanksgiving until the last business day of fall semester. Each non-perishable food item counts as a $5.00 payment towards any parking citation less than 30 days old. Any item purchased as a single item, such as cases, multipacks, etc., count as one $5.00 payment.
Non-perishable food items can be brought into the office or mailed. Online citation payments cannot be made under the Cans for Cites program.
Fall Parking Changes
Parking permits are virtual; no hangtags will be issued. The license plate of the vehicle is the parking credential.
The license plate of the vehicle must face the drive lane.
Full-time benefited employees can select auto-renewal parking permits. The payment method for this permit is payroll deduction, pre-tax, both pays.
Daily and monthly permits are available online for red, gray, and central parking.
Visitor pay-by-plate kiosks for hourly or daily parking have been installed at lot 7 Clayton Hall Lot, lot 6 Laird Resident Lot, and lot 2A 501 South College Avenue.
Online Parking Account Information
Review your permits, vehicles, citations, and appeals by logging into our website. Click Online Options to the left, manage my Parking Account, and follow the on screen instructions. Instructions for editing vehicles online can be found here.
Register Your Bicycle
Select Online Options from the left menu
All bicycles parking on campus should be registered with the University. Please have your bicycle serial number, make, model, and color available when registering. Photos can be attached. For help finding the serial number on the bicycle, see this diagram.

Campus Construction & Road Closure Update
- Lot 29 and 79 - Sussex Squire Drive and Hartshorn Gym will be closed for construction Dec. 21, 2015 through Fall 2017.
- Lot 31 - 3-5 Courtney Street lot will be reduced in size beginning Dec. 21, 2015 through Fall 2017. The spaces south ofthe entrance will be closed.
