Excel: Description

Excel 7 is a flexible spreadsheet program for performing simple or complex calculations, and can be used to create tables, graphs, or charts. Since other versions of Excel have the same features, the instructions in this tipsheet also should apply. Mac and Windows versions of Excel are available in most campus computing sites.

Where to find Excel

Excel is available for purchase from the University Bookstore (call 831-3530 or email Bookstore@mvs.udel.edu) and for student, faculty, and staff use in the following computing sites on campus: Christiana Commons Dickinson, Cannon Lab, Taylor Hall, Harrington Commons, Engineering sites, Morris Library, McDowell Hall, Pearson Hall Training Center. Smith Hall.
