Configuring Your Browser to Enable Pop-up Windows

If you use University Web Forms, the browser you use may need to be configured to accept pop-up windows from the chico.nss.udel.edu server.

To configure your browser to accept pop-up windows from this UD site, follow the appropriate instructions for your computer and browser as outlined below.

Mozilla 1.7x

  1. Open the browser.
  2. From the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  3. In the left-hand column, double-click Privacy & Security.
  4. Click Popup Windows.
  5. Click in the check box in front of Block unrequested popup windows.
  6. Click Allowed Sites.
  7. In the blank field, type

chico.nss.udel.edu

  1. Click Add.
  2. Click OK.
  3. Click OK.

Netscape 7.x

  1. Open the browser.
  2. From the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  3. In the left-hand column, double-click Privacy & Security.
  4. Click Popup Windows.
  5. Click the radio button in front of Suppress popups.
  6. Click Exceptions.
  7. In the blank field, type

  1. Click Add.
  2. Click OK.
  3. Click OK.

Internet Explorer

  1. Open the browser.
  2. From the Tools menu, click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
  3. In the Address of Web site to allow field, type

  2. Click Close.
