Research Organizations & Publications
- NIST, the
National Institute of Standards and Technology,
tracks virus information and maintains a
Computer Security Resource
Clearinghouse.
- CIAC
(Computer Incident Advisory Capability), of the US Dept.
of Energy, makes MS-DOS anti-virus tools available.
- Virus Bulletin
is a technical journal with an excellent reputation.
- The Virus Research Unit
of the University of Tampere, Finland, maintains a web
page with anti-virus information.
