If you are a faculty or staff member at the University of Delaware, you may obtain a single copy of the software for installation on your PC. Each copy of the software is licensed by UD's Office of Information Technologies. The University does not have an unlimited number of licenses for distribution. You may only install a copy if it has been properly registered with the Office of Information Technologies.

Bring a blank writable CD-R (sold at the University Bookstore) to the Technology Solutions Center (TSC) in 002B Smith Hall.

NOTE: if you will be installing Exceed under Windows XP, be sure to mention this at the TSC, as you will need to get a different CD, and the installation process will differ somewhat. Further details are explained in the following page.

Once you have obtained the software, refer to the Exceed installation instructions.
