My Comments: Since our District does not currently give email accounts to students, I don't have a lot of experience with student skill development in these areas. My suggested grade levels are just a guess and I will certainly bow to those with more information on those topics.

Will students at most districts have the access and privileges to save email and organize into folders? I think we should consider what most districts provide in terms of access/storage when determining which skills to include.

I second Mike's statements that it most important we all view these as levels at which we can expect all (almost all!) students to be able to perform these tasks. With that in mind, I recommend we continue to place the skills at levels that may seem high but would be easily obtainable.
