- Pat planned digital camera workshop. It will be held Feb 5.
Kathy and Rachel will facilitate
- Tried to load printer software several times. Attempt has been
unsuccessful.
- trouble shooting with individual teachers on laptop labs, personal
computers, and new server
- set up scanner in a classroom
- worked on the Read naturally program
- developed several curriculum related hyperlink pages
- worked on the imovie tutorial and imovies
- learned how to burn a CD
- researched and ordered Dreamweaver for the interested teachers
- spent time working through the Dreamweaver tutorial
- helped 5th grade teachers save DARE presentations for the projector
on a ZIP drive
- reconfigured all the laptops for the new PLE server
- faculty meeting Cyber Café on Teacher Websites and developing
Hyperlink papers
- set up airports in strategic placements and test for access
in various locations on each floor

Begin meeting once a week for a Tech talk. Some topics for
investigation include: Edvision, mylearningplan.com, apple.com,
other teacher resources available on the internet

- planned lessons for upcoming Cyber Cafes
- held three Cyber Cafe Meetings covering the topics of organizing
your computer, saving files on the server, and good curriculum
and teacher resources for the internet
- trouble shooting with individual teachers on laptop labs, personal
computers and the projector
- helped teachers find and use the Teacher Testing Support Websites
before the testing on 11/15
- monitored the new ilab use and sign up sheets
- made and posted rules and guidelines for the ilabs
- labeled the 2nd ilab cart and materials
What do you have planned for next month?
- schedule a 1/2 day to work with Joyce on digital cameras, videos,
and imovie
- schedule a 1/2 day to work with Craig on developing classroom
websites
- offer 1 or 2 Cyber Cafe topics
- label and library the ilab video cameras, cameras, and projectors
- set up airports in strategic placements and test for access
in various locations on each floor

- the labs are now in the school and set up - thank you!

- time with Joyce and Craig to develop our skills - time has been

- ability to schedule full day release time every other week,
rather than 1/2 days every week, to work on projects that require
