   • What we did this month:
     • Reviewed SmartBoard. Worked with issue of using a Mac computer with it and also
       prepared for after school faculty meeting
     • Updated and sent PLE help files to Craig for posting on the District web site Teacher
       Resource page
     • Worked to get the Techno Trail information together to get a grant for PLE
     • Reviewed the calendar on Outlook
   • What we hope to do next month:
     • Help teachers who are using the TeachSuite.com site for report cards

   • We want to set up an intranet button and we need help setting it up. The purpose is to give teachers quick access to resources instead of using the server.
   • Push use of Dells and smart boards

     What we did?
     • Created the student engagement video for in-service presentation
     • Helped administration with scanning book for in-service presentation
     • Attending the Keystone Technology Integration Conference 10/28/05
   • What we plan to do?
     • Cyber Cafe's: email, Smart Board, IGPro reports
     • Start to create IGPro video tutorials
     • Create a sample of IGPro Reports
   • What do we need?

     • Review United Streaming and how it can be implemented better in classroom instruction with a cybercafe on the software
     • Dreamweaver cybercafe (recap session & new topics) offered to all
   • What help do we need from district resources?
     • May need some help with uploading cataloging records to Access PA.
   • Who would we recommend to participate in techmentoring with Joyce and Craig?
     • Perhaps someone from the Special Ed. Department. Doug was approached by the Special Ed. about getting some training on the IEP writing program software. They are uncomfortable with it. Training was provided two years ago but there are many new members in the department.
