- Update on survey data -- Karen Norris
SurveyMonkey - Karen compiled the data from the surveys and handed out an indepth report
- Highlights from the study (and things we should address for next year) include
- most people either use the services and are very happy with them or don't use the services at all
- Many people report not being aware of what the ITLTs can do for them.
- For next year, we should create a "leave behind" to remind people of services and how they can reach the ITLTs
- May want to use the school distribution lists more regularly
- Use helpdesk to get questions to ITLTs

- Karen Norris and Olivia reminded the group that through grant funding the district has purchased a subscription for United Streaming to last through next school year. Contact Karen if you need the passcode. The location is www.unitedstreaming.com
- ITLTs were reminded that if they had remained on with the group for 3 years or more and then stepped down, they would keep their laptops.
- All ITLTs except for Karen Norris and Pat McKeon will be returning next year. We will miss these 2 charter members!
- Joyce will be sending the list an update on the TechMentors
