also, a BUSY! (but interesting) 'Information Technologies' page.
University of Utah Computer Center Help Desk -- well-done topic table for more help.
The University of Victoria Computer Help Desk points to their main Help Desk page,
which points to (UVIC) Answers -- searchable database; pointers to other net info.
Pitt Helpline Home Page has a FAQ page that includes interesting pointers, including to various help desks --
including Clemson, Cornell, Duquesne, MIT, Ohio State, Rochester Inst. of Technology,
University of Idaho (OK graphics), and others; none great.
U. Alberta CNS Electronic HelpDesk has pretty buttons, but is not particularly well organized.
Their WWW Info includes info on policies being discussed by a WWW Task Force.
University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) Help Desk
-- not much to look at; answers page is a little better. Budget problems scary!
They do use an interesting navigational graphic and another (NOT consistent!)
Indiana UCS Support Center includes a searchable Knowledge Base -- 'virus' had 32 references.
Their UCS Help Online has a somewhat-quirky Software Guide.
The University of New Hampshire - Durham's Computing & Information Services (CIS) Help Desk
has good info., poorly presented, pointing to text-only pages mentioning APriori. [not on Debbie's list]
Boston College's InfoEagle has some graphically interesting web pages. Their Help Center
points to their "ITHELPS" Information Resource Server, which has sparse content.
Their Information Technology page includes a "Strategy Center" describing the whys and hows
of their technology implementation.
Arizona's CCIT Help Desk has info on getting a new account.
Their Computing Table of Contents heads a LONG document of FAQs.
Bowling Green State University (BGSU)'s Computer Help Center Online has so-so subject depth.
They use a mildly interesting navigation graphic.
I found the Virginia ITC Help Desk Contents tedious to navigate.
University of Florida Computing Help Desk is another so-so site for helpful information.
Carnegie Mellon U. Help Center -- few live links yet.
University of Missouri, Rolla (UMR) HelpDesk Home Page has little on-line topical help.
University of North Carolina, Greensboro 'UNCG' Client Services/Help Desk page contains little topic content.
Texas A&M C.I.S. Unix Help Desk Home Page
Iowa State University Computation Center -- lots of content, but not answering topical questions.

N.C. State University's 'Unity' Computing Center Consultant's Home Page has a mediocre list
of FAQ topics and a pointer to a search tool searching (in my test) weak content.
