Basics of Sakai@UD
Although those with instructor or organizer role can choose from a variety of Sakai tools, certain basic principles apply universally. The documents provided here cover general instructions for using the features of Sakai as well as terminology.
Course sites are designed for use with academic courses. An instructor who is listed in UDSIS can create a course site and associate it with the official roster. Each semester registered students will have access to published Sakai@UD course sites on the first day of classes.
The least you need to know about creating a course site:
Project sites can be created by UD faculty and staff to provide an online working environment for groups. Organizers of these sites are authorized to add participants or can make the project site joinable by anyone who has access to Sakai@UD.
