I am part German, Irish, and English. My father's family came to America from England about a century ago. My mother's side is a mixture of Irish and German. Her family came over a couple years after my father's. When I was in high school I had to do a family history report and I remember that my dad's side of the family had a huge book published about their family called, Noble, Davis, and Kinder. This book told me stories about people in my family that fought in many important wars. I have never really researched my mom's side, but have met many distant relatives that I have found fascinating. My mom has told me numerous stories about her childhood though. Every summer, her parents used to take her on a trip to a different country. She has told me stories about England, Scotland, Germany, Ireland, and France. This is all I really know about my heritage.
