I have a very popular cultural mix. Both of my mother's parents are Italian and my father's father is Italian as well. My father's mother on the other hand is Irish. LThis calculates to me being about 75 percent Italian and about 25 percent Irish. However you would not be able to tell that I was more Italian than Irish.

We do the very typical Italian family traditions. By this I mean, having macaroni almost every Sunday without fail, having the fish and macaroni on Christmas Eve. and last but definitly not least would include those famous Italian pasteries and cookies after every holiday meal.

My famliy also does the very typical Irsh traditions as well. St. Patricks Day is a very favorite holiday for my family. Ever since I could remember we would dress up in our finest of green clothes and decked out with chamrocks from head to toe. The day would conclude with cornbeef, cabbage and my Nanny's famous Irish soda bread.

Although I am more Italian than Irsh you would never be able to tell. Both cultures are treated as if it was 50/50!
