My parents have been married for almost twenty-eight years. They had three girls, me being the youngest. They met while living in New York where my dad was stationed in the army reserve and my mom worked in the army terminal.

My father's side of my family is one hundred percent Irish. My grandfather, as well as my father, worked for ConEd in New York City. It is a construction/engineering company. My grandfather helped to bulid the Twin Towers in New York. My father's side of the family is pretty big. He has four brothers and they all are married and have children. St.Patrick's Day is a big holiday at my grandmothers' house.

My mother's side of my family is all Italian. Both my grandmother and grandfather came from Sicily and they met in New York. My mother has a fraternal twin and one brother. They all have kids too. Christmas is a time of turkey and lasagna when we visit!
