As an upper division student, you are guaranteed 2018-19 housing if you apply September 1 – September 29, 2017.

Dates You Should Remember
(But probably won't, so isn't it handy that we put them here?)

  • September 29
Your last day to apply for housing and be guaranteed a space for next year.
  • Early October
Find out when you will select your housing for next year. (We'll email you.) Some will select in March 2018 and some will select in later rounds.
  • October 31
Changed your mind? Last day to cancel your housing application for a full refund of your prepayment.
  • Spring 2018
Select your own space for next year.
  • Through April 1, 2018
3 business days after room selection/assignment, you will be bound (obligated) to the Student Housing Contract. That means you can cancel your housing application up through 3 business days after selecting (or being assigned to) a room without being held financially responsible for anything more than your $200 housing prepayment.
  • April 2, 2018 and later
If you haven't selected or been assigned a room before April 2, 2018, you will be bound (obligated) to the Student Housing Contract immediately. If you change your mind about living on campus after April 2, you may request a release from the contract.
