My Responsibilities

In my role as Complex Coordinator of George Read and Ray Street, I work closely with two Residence Hall Coordinators and 26 talented Resident Assistants to provide leadership to the Laird First-Year Neighborhood, housing nearly 1,200 first-year students. We work very hard to promote safe, welcoming communities where students can thrive both in and outside of the classroom. Our priorities as a complex include helping students make connections among one another and finding their place at UD.

Where I Can Help

I am a great resource for anyone experiencing challenges in transitioning to the UD campus and culture. I’m here to help families and students navigate their experience on campus, especially if there is anything I can do to make the residential experience more welcoming and conducive to student success. Regardless of the issue – a conflict, a desire to get more involved, or a personal concern – I am happy to help find the resources to help all students be successful.

I am especially passionate about helping students from underrepresented backgrounds and identities connect with resources and am known in our department for my work around sustainability initiatives and assessment of our programs and residential experience.
