  • Winter 2019 Graduates - Important Grades/Diploma information

    Please Note: Having a declared expected graduation term does not confirm completion of degree requirements. The Office of Graduate Studies confirms the completion of degree requirements for graduate students and the individual colleges confirm the completion of degree requirements for undergraduate students. Students who are verified for the completion of degree requirements for the upcoming term should be aware of the following timeline and dates within the degree clearance process: (More info)

          Degrees Print on Official Transcript - February 22, 2019
          Diplomas Ordered February 22, 2019 - Typically arrive within 4 weeks
  • Students, need an early verification of Spring Enrollment?

    Go to your UDSIS-Student Center, and click on "Enrollment Verifications" in the Academics Area. You will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse site, where you can click "Advanced registration" under "Obtain an enrollment certificate".

    NSC-choose AdvReg
    This is beneficial for students needing early verifications for health insurance, computer software discounts, housing verifications and more. It cannot be used for compliance reporting or lender/loan deferment verification purposes.

  • Instructors – Fall 2018 Grading

    Please review the Faculty Senate approved change in October 2018 regarding recording a student’s level of participation and/or last date of participation when assigning a failing grade. Additional grading help: Faculty Center pdf-Grade Roster section.

    Final Grades were due Wednesday, 12-19-18.
  • Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma)

    Starting with the UD Fall 2015 graduating class, graduates may optionally purchase, along with their free paper diploma, a CeDiploma - an official, secure, electronic version of a student’s University of Delaware diploma.     The unofficial transcript loads as a .pdf file in a pop-up window. If prompted by Firefox that it prevented opening a pop-up window, click the Options button to allow pop-ups for the UD server.

    You have access to student academic information at: Self Service > Advisor Center > My Advisees. At the bottom of the page is a "View data for Other Students" button. Enter a UD ID to access Student Center information, including the "What If Report" which is not available in Campus Community.
