For travel booked in Concur/World Travel:

UD is enrolled in the World Travel Waiver Program - What does this mean? A travel waiver may allow you to change your reservation without penalty. [Expand]

If a UD traveler/arranger has booked travel through World Travel with a particular airline and that airline produces a waiver (for that specific travel), the traveler/arranger will receive a notification that a waiver is in place for their travel. (See attached example of a Waiver Alert).

World Travel will not apply a cancellation fee. However, if travel is booked outside of World Travel and a UD traveler calls a World Travel Agent for assistance to cancel their travel plans, an “other agency ticket” fee of $50 will be charge to make the changes and issue a new ticket.

For travel booked outside of Concur/World Travel:
