To determine whether Concur is experiencing an outage, please visit their site at http://open.concur.com.

You may also subscribe to be updated when Concur is experiencing an outage, or when it has been resolved. To do so:

1. Go to https://open.concur.com
2. Click Log in to Personalized Concur Open in the top right of the screen
3. Click on Subscribe to Updates
4. Type in Email address
5. Use the personalized link in your email to log into Concur Open
6. Choose desired Subscription to Email Updates (e.g., Expense, Request, Travel) and types of notifications (e.g., issue identified, issue resolved, etc.)
7. Click Subscribe
