Request Forms
Users Communicate their scheduling requests to us by using a standard run request form. The form contains a program or job identifier, parameter data, output specifications, processing date, user name and address. The run request form is required when the parameter data or the output specifications change from the previous request. In addition, a run request form is required to schedule jobs that are not run on a predetermined schedule (i.e. user requested processing).
To facilitate proper set-up and scheduling, all users are requested to submit request forms at least one day in advance of processing date. When this is not possible, requests must be received by 2 p.m. on the requested processing date to insure changes and verifications are provided before Production Control turns schedules over to Operations.
Requests are located here, and require a login..
