The Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS) is serving students and scholars virtually this fall! All OISS programs and services are operating in an online format for the fall semester. Our immigration advisors and front desk team are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to answer your questions or to schedule an appointment over Zoom. Contact OISS at (302) 831-2115 or oiss@udel.edu. For an emergency during non business hours please call (302) 831-2222.

OISS programs and events will be hosted virtually this fall and you can find a full list of OISS programs on our events calendar. Our offices in Elliott Hall (26 E. Main Street) will be closed for the fall semester.

OISS serves as a critical resource for UD's international community, providing information and support for the challenges of living, studying and working in a different culture, as well as celebrating the presence of international students and scholars on campus and their important contributions to the University's research and teaching missions. The University of Delaware's historic Elliott Hall at 26 E. Main Street (currently closed) serves as the home for OISS. Erected during the American Revolution in 1777, Elliott Hall remains one of Newark's oldest and most iconic buildings. Our location places us at the center of the cultural crossroads of our campus, between Old College, the Department of Languages, Literatures, & Cultures, and the "Little Bob.
