Instructions for adding a generated signature into your email client

Outlook (Mac)

  1. Create and copy your signature from the email signature generator
  2. Open your Outlook application
  3. From the menu bar, choose Outlook > Preferences
  4. Select Signatures within the Email section
  5. Click the plus icon to create a signature and name it accordingly
  6. Ensure the new signature name is highlighted under Signature name and paste your new signature into the Signature box on the right.
  7. Under Choose default signature, set the Account drop down to the appropriate email account and ensure both the New Messages and Replies/forwards drop downs are set to utilize the new signature by it's name (as per step 5).
  8. Close the Signatures window by clicking the red X.

Outlook (PC)

  1. Create and copy your signature from the email signature generator
  2. Open your Outlook application
  3. From the menu bar, choose File > Options
  4. Select the Mail tab from the left column
  5. Click the Signatures button on the right
  6. Click the New button to create a new signature and name it accordingly
  7. Ensure the new signature name is highlighted under Select signature to edit and paste your new signature into the Edit signature text area
  8. Under Choose default signature, set the Email Account drop down to the appropriate account and ensure both the New Messages and Replies/forwards drop downs are set to utilize the new signature by it's name (as per step 6).
  9. Click OK to save your signature
  10. Click OK again to close the Options window

Apple Mail

  1. Create and copy your signature from the email signature generator
  2. Open your Apple Mail application
  3. From the menu bar, choose Mail > Preferences
  4. Select the Signatures tab from the top icon/menu bar
  5. Choose the appropriate account from the left column
  6. Click the plus icon beneath the center column to create a signature and name it accordingly
  7. Ensure the new signature name is selected/highlighted in the center column and paste your new signature into the right column (ensure that "Always match my default message font" is disabled if that's an option)
  8. In the Choose Signature drop down, select your new signature by it's name (as specified during step 6)
  9. Close the Signatures window by clicking the red X.

GoogleApps/Gmail

  1. Create and copy your signature from the email signature generator
  2. Login to your Gmail account
  3. In the top right, click the gear icon and choose Settings
  4. Within the General tab, scroll down to the Signature area
  5. Toggle the No signature radio button off so that the text editor beneath is active.
  6. Paste your new signature into the text editor
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes
