What idoes it fit?

MOSAIC falls under the UD Wellspring Student Wellness Program.  Wellspring promotes student’s behavioral and emotional wellness and helps students evaluate options for maintaining healthy lifestyles, through prevention, intervention, support and education.

MOSAIC will offer the opportunity for participants in Wellspring to anonymously offer their experiences and personal impacts to a greater body of research.

Wellspring is an adjunct office of the Center for Counseling and Student Development at the University of Delaware which provides health promotion and supportive counseling for students on a variety of wellness topics including: nutrition and fitness, body image and eating disorders, alcohol and other drugs, sexuality, healthy relationships, sexually transmitted infections, contraceptives, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence, holistic wellness, stress management, relaxation techniques, massage, smoking cessation, and other related topics.

Wellspring is located in the white house at 231 South College Avenue (inside the brick wall by the gold parking lot, just before Morris Library if you are heading north on South College Ave/Rt. 896).

On-going support

On-going support can also be provided for students through individual counseling sessions and/or participation in an intervention group,“Taking Control of Substance Use:  The Steps to Success.”  It involves group discussions about real-world topics.
