Submitting a Web Site or Software Review Electronically

  1. Obtain a copy of the evaluation form as follows:
    Use Netscape Communicator as your web browser.
    Locate the Course Syllabus on the UD WWW server by selecting Colleges and Departments on the Home Page, then Human Resources, Education and Public Policy, then Educational Devlopment, then Syllabim then the name of the course.

  2. Click where is says to Click Here for a Blank Reveiw Form

  3. From the File menu, select Edit Page

  4. Type your evaluation, being sure to incoude all the information needed.  Use as many lines as you need for your comments.  You goal is to make this evaluation contain information that would help others decide whether the resource being reviewed would be useful to them and a worthwhile investment

  5. From the Format menu, select Page Color and Properties.  In the dialog box, change the author's name to your name and the title of the page.  Use somethin like your name and 1st web Site Review

  6. When you are finsihed with your reveiw, select SaveAs from the File menu and save your review on a floppy disk or the hard drive of your personal computer

  7. Then select Send Page from the File menu.  Enter your instructor's e-mail address and send the page.
