  1. Where can I use/get this on campus?

    Here one would list which if any sites have this item available, which composers (and which commands) one would use to run a certain application, etc.

  2. How can I obtain this for my personal computer?

    This would give directions on where to get the software (if the user provides it himself). Telling the user which platform we're using could be done here too.
