Description

Pico is a text editor on the UNIX systems that is used to create and modify text files. It is a menu-driven program--a "menu" (list) of the options you can use is displayed on the screen. To select an option, you press the appropriate key(s).

Where to Find Pico

Pico is available on the UNIX systems.

After you log in to a UNIX composer system, at the "xxxxx.udel.edu%" prompt, type

pico filename
and then press the ENTER or RETURN key.
