My UD Help
My UD quickly enables students, staff, faculty, and parents/guardians to locate the business applications they need to conduct their University of Delaware business.
Go to www.udel.edu/myud
For a preview of features on your My UD screen, hover over the Sign In button in the upper right part of the screen, and then select Help.
To dismiss the feature overlay, click anywhere on the screen.
Simply use the search bar at the top of the screen, and My UD will return any tasks that relate to your search.
Click the task icon to go directly to an application or service.
Click the details icon for an information screen including a full description, contact information, screenshots, user reviews and ratings.
If you have suggestions for improving the My UD search results for a specific task, please complete a Feedback form.
If you have questions about an application or service, please use the contact information provided on the task detail screen.
Tip: Searching by keywords often produces better results than searching by phrases. For example, the keyword "bus" will return the shuttle bus schedule higher in the search results than the phrase "What time does the bus get to Smith Hall?"
You may browse through tasks by clicking on the All Categories menu and then selecting your desired category.
You may also filter tasks for a specific user type by clicking on the All Roles menu and then selecting Faculty, Parent/Guardian, Staff, or Student.
If you use the search bar with a category or role(s) selected, then your search results will be filtered by these settings.
Click the Sign In button in the upper right part of the screen.
Enter your username and password for the Central Authentication Service (CAS).
Once you are signed in, there are several additional features available including:
- View and add My Favorites
- Set Preferences
- Submit Feedback
Tip: If you would prefer to have links open in a new tab, go to the Preferences screen and check the box for "Always open Tasks in a new window."

UD Business Owners
If you need to update information for your unit, complete a My UD Feedback Form.
Business owners may also request an announcement be posted to one or more of your tasks by using the My UD Announcement Request form.
