Scanning Courier Service
Test scoring and scanning jobs are not done in Smith Hall, they are processed at the UD Computing Center. On weekdays, a courier takes the scanning jobs from Smith Hall to the Computing Center at the times listed below. Completed scanning jobs are returned for pick-up from the Computing Center to Smith Hall, also at the times listed below.
Courier schedule
- Monday - Friday courier pick-up from Smith Hall
8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m.
- Monday - Friday courier delivery from the Computing Center to Smith Hall
8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m.
- Ordinarily, no weekend pick-up or delivery service from or
to Smith Hall.
- During final exams, one morning and one afternoon courier round trip will be
scheduled on Saturdays, and one afternoon courier round trip will
be scheduled on Sundays.
Scanning jobs can continue to be dropped off during Smith Hall Computing Site's hours of operation and will be delivered to the Computing Center for processing during the next regularly scheduled pick-up time.
- If you drop off a scanning job before 3:30 p.m. on any business day (M-F), it will be taken to the Computing Center for processing that same day.
- If you drop off a scanning job after 3:30 p.m. on any business day (M-F), it will be taken to the Computing Center for processing on the next business day.
- If you drop off a scanning job after 3:30 p.m. on Friday, it will be submitted for processing on the following Monday.
