Title of Major Research/Research Interest:
My research is designed to investigate fighting at school by early adolescent African-American males. Specifically, I want to study the impact of conflict resolution for
controlling anger. I hypothesize that this intervention will reduce fighting and lost time in school due to suspensions.

I am highly motivated to positively influence the preparation and continued development of middle level teachers and administrators. I would like to teach and conduct
