   • Don't forget to change your voice mail message before you leave campus.
   • For an extended absence greeting, see "Frequent Asked Questions", # 11, under the Faculty section of the voice mail document.

2. If you plan to read e-mail infrequently
   • Please complete How to prepare your UD e-mail account before you stop checking e-mail.
      
3. If you plan to read e-mail regularly,
   • Review Connecting to UD's network while away from campus for:
     • Ongoing maintenance tasks - Microsoft Critical updates and McAfee Anti-virus updates - required over the break.
     • How to connect to the UD network and licensed resources.
     • Easy ways to access e-mail.
