University of Delaware Graduate Catalog 1995-1996 College of Nursing Department of Nursing Requirements for the Post Master's Certificate in Nursing Administration and the Clinical Nurse Specialist Programs Nurses who already have been awarded a Master's Degree in Nursing in one specialty may take courses towards a Post Master's Certificate in another field of nusing. This certificate will provide the educational requirements that allow nurses to sit for advanced national certification in those new areas. The number of required courses varies with the specialty. All work is done on a part time basis.
