+ Systems Programmer IV »

The Systems Programmer IV supports the fundraising and engagement efforts of DAR by developing software to support business processes, supporting the primary Advancement CRM and secondary systems, and performing complex database activities to support the data warehouse for reporting and analytics. The Systems Programmer IV needs a diverse set of skills, high technical aptitude, and an interest in learning new skills to effectively move between a variety of environments including relational databases, front-end web apps, server-side middleware, and reporting/analytics tools. The individual must be able to function as a business analyst by listening to user needs and be able to translate those needs into a fully developed solution. This role is both a frontline agent for the team and a technical expert, helping to translate user needs into specific solutions. Learn more and apply here.

+ Communications Specialist II, Office of Development and Alumni Relations »

The Communications Specialist II serves as a staff designer for DAR communications and marketing pieces and is responsible for designing and producing graphic design projects including brochures, invitations, booklets, reports, emails and web pages for both internal and external audiences related to development and alumni relations strategies with a primary goal of increasing donor giving at the University of Delaware. This position will also be responsible for executing creative communications including PowerPoint, video, web, and more. This individual works collaboratively with all areas of DAR, as well as the Office of Communications and Marketing for the University of Delaware to deliver projects and initiatives to an audience of 200,000 constituents including donors, alumni, friends and parents.
