Members of the international community including students, scholars and faculty are warmly welcomed at this reception as an opportunity to meet, greet and connect with fellow international students, scholars, staff, and partners, and celebrate the beginning of an exciting academic year. Come and enjoy a welcoming celebration with refreshments, live music, and conversation at the Wright House, home of the Office for International Students and Scholars. This event is open to all international students.

Hen Fest is the welcome back celebration for all UD students, designed to be the official kickoff of the 2014-2015 academic year. This festival will host food, music, games, student performances, giveaways, and much more. Be there to experience the fun, leave your mark and show your Blue Hen pride!

Enjoy a pregame tailgate with your peers filled with music, food, inflatables, games, prizes, and much more exclusively for Class of 2018 students before the Blue Hens Football game vs. Colgate. Come get a group photo in front of your class banner and enter a raffle for a chance to win a variety of prizes including the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead UD’s football team out onto the field for the game!
All student game tickets are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Event t-shirts will be available at check-in on a limited basis and priority will be given to those who registered as of Monday, 9/1.

UD Day of Service, a partnership between Residence Life & Housing and the Office of Alumni Relations, is a yearly tradition when residence hall complexes, Registered Student Organizations, Alumni and outside service agencies come together to offer several service projects on campus for UD students, and for local UD alumni. This year's event on September, 20, 2014 marks the sixth annual UD Day of Service. There will be prizes and giveaways; snacks and performances; and dozens of projects across campus benefiting community service agencies.
