The Fund for Delaware is an operation within the
University of Delaware’s Office of Development. It is an independent
function within the Annual Giving Department that has the responsibility
of securing support from alumni, parents, and friends of the University.
Since 1982, the University has conducted this program for four primary
purposes:
- To seek support from alumni, parents, and friends for
scholarships, academic programs, colleges and departments, athletics, and
other important areas.
- To verify and obtain address/employment information.
- To announce events associated with the University of
Delaware.
- To answer and refer alumni questions and concerns.
