Subject: Winter and Spring 2015 Course Scheduling Advice

Greetings to all ed tech graduate students at the University of Delaware!

I am writing to provide you with course scheduling advice for the
upcoming Winter session and Spring semester of 2015. As always, you
should check with your advisor each semester to confirm that your
course selection is in line with your particular program. This course
advisory contains sections for master’s and doctoral students,
respectively.

           ===Courses for M.Ed. Students===

From the ed tech specialty, all M.Ed. students must take the following
course that is being offered in the Spring of 2015:

EDUC 685 Multimedia Literacy

In the Winter of 2015, the following ed tech elective is being offered:

EDUC 639 e-Book Publishing

In the Spring of 2015, the following ed tech electives are being offered:

EDUC 621 Internet Technologies
EDUC 650 Technology and Cognition
EDUC 692 Educational Technology Capstone

           ===Courses for Ed.D. Students===

All Ed.D. students are required to take EDUC 891, Organizational
Problem Analysis. This course is being offered in the Winter of 2015.

All Ed.D. students are required to take EDUC 818, Educational
Technology Foundations. This course is being offered in the Winter
of 2015.

All Ed.D. students are required to take EDUC 827, Analysis of
Secondary Data for Decision Making. This course is being offered
in the Spring of 2015.

All Ed.D. students are required to take EDUC 863, Program Evaluation.
This course is being offered in the Spring of 2015.

All Ed.D. students are required to take EDUC 897, Curriculum Planning
and Design. This course is being offered in the Spring of 2015.

Last, but certainly not least, all Ed.D. students are required to take
15 credits of electives. In the Winter of 2015, the following ed tech
specialty course is being offered:

EDUC 639 e-Book Publishing

During the Spring of 2015, the following ed tech specialty courses are
being offered:

EDUC 621 Internet Technologies
EDUC 650 Technology and Cognition
EDUC 685 Multimedia Literacy
EDUC 692 Educational Technology Capstone
